Have You Ever Imagined?

A person is suffering from a life threatening disease, yet, he cannot find a single hospital or organization that can help him, where he can get treated free of cost; not even in those hospitals that charge a huge sum even for minor check ups. It's mostly people who cannot afford medicines and hospital expenses that succumb to these diseases, and specially because they dont know where they can get treated free of cost or at lower costs.

We understand how frightening it is to deal with a health crisis, and we also realize how difficult it is to ask for help. That's why we make each patient a top priority, offering fundraising assistance and guidance to make the process a little easier.

Now, we need to wake up and stand together, to help those in pain. Consider donating a little bit of what we spend so lavishly, and help these people who do need lots of help. We can save thousands of lives if we just think about them and consider their plight.

What Effect Would It Have On You?

A kidney transplant is a surgical procedure performed to replace a diseased kidney with a healthy kidney from another person. The kidney may come from a deceased organ donor or from a living donor. Research on vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

1. Plays a key role in the production of energy by working as a catalyst between oxygen and carbs and/or fats. Deficiency can cause weakness and depression.

2. Is an essential part of the Kreb's Cycle; a process in which carbs, fats, or proteins are converted into usable energy, relevant in either resistance training or every day activity. Deficiency can result in weight loss, as nutrients cannot be used.

3. Essential for building protective covering around nerves, which cannot happen without this vitamin. Deficiency can cause nerve damage, feelings of "pins and needles", and pain throughout the limbs.

4. Is required for the production of key neurotransmitters, such as acetylcholine, which allows signals between the brain and internal organs such as the stomach and heart. Deficiency may cause irregular heart beat, heart damage, and eventually heart failure.

Protein, Amino acids, and Weight Training

We all know that to see any growth after a workout, we're going to need massive amounts of protein. But not many understand why so much protein is needed, or how it works. In this lesson, we'll cover protein's function as it pertains to weight training and progress.

The reasons are simple. Protein is made of 20 amino acids, and each one of these has an extremely important function in the body! We need these proteins not just to lay down more muscle fibers after a workout, but also for the functions that amino acids themselves supply.

Of the 20 aminos found in protein, 8 are essential, and 12 are non-essential. Some aminos are considered "conditionally essential". For example, L-histidine is vital for growth and repair in athletes. This makes it "conditionally essential", and thus could be counted as "essential" to avoid confusion. That’s why some people will say there are 7, 8, or 9 "essential" aminos. If you get conflicting information, this is why.

Fastest way to loose FAT

Everything I am about to teach can be found at http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/cardiolayman.pdf in its original scientific formatting. In order to fully understand the information presented there, you would have to read the entire article from beginning to end, explore other areas of the site, and have a Bachelors of Science or higher in biochemistry. I'm posting this link as my reference in the following lesson because there is so much baloney on the internet about losing fat (PUN!)

The absolute most effective way to lose fat is the run-walk method. I call it this because this because 1) There's no established name for this technique - at least not yet, 2) its PRECISELY what you do; run, then walk, which we'll get into in a minute.

So here's how it works. Its incredibly simple. Ready?
